Distillers and independent bottlers from around Australia descend on the national capital with a selection of some of Australia's best whiskies.

Join us for the ultimate intimate dinner with six Aussie distillers - ony 12 tickets total are available for this event!

The amazing folks at Edgar's will be serving us up a feast as we chat and drink with 6 Aussie distillers. With 1 distiller for every 2 diners, this is an intimate experience that you won't experience elsewhere this year in Canberra!

Each distiller is bringing a brand new release, or a yet to be released whisky for us to sample with paired courses of food from the Edgar's kitchen. With every guest sitting next to a distiller - get ready for a seriously good time chatting the night away with some legends of the Aussie whisky industry with a full dram from each distillery.

This is the first session - from 1pm - 4pm.

Whisky Capital will be pouring whiskies across 2 sessions; an afternoon session kicking off at 1pm, and an evening session kicking off at 5:30pm.

Whisky Capital is all-inclusive - with no extra costs other than bottle purchases and pours from the rare & old bar - included in tickets for both sessions will be food provided by First Edition, a cocktail, exclusive custom whisky gelato by Jasper+Myrtle, a Glencairn whisky glass, and access to distiller's masterclasses at no extra cost!
